Located in the heart of the Lower Gorges of the Verdon, our 150-hectare nature estate offers a preserved environment, nestled between wooded hills and a calm reservoir.

The Verdon River is accessible on foot directly from the estate, in a wild and minimally developed natural area, true to the spirit of the place.

A true base camp for exploring the Lower Gorges of the Verdon, the estate provides easy access to Lake Artignosc, Lake Quinson and the routes towards Esparron. Canoeing, paddleboarding, hiking, trail running and cycling shape each stay.

Within the estate itself, more than 10 km of paths and tracks invite you to explore on foot or by bike, along with a botanical trail to discover the local flora.

Officially rated as a 3-star campsite, the site offers a structured level of comfort while preserving a simple, authentic nature-focused atmosphere.

Les Gorges
du Verdon

Located in Provence, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, the Gorges du Verdon are among the most outstanding natural sites in southern France. Between spectacular limestone cliffs, turquoise waters and preserved landscapes, the area offers a remarkable diversity of atmospheres.

The Lower Gorges of the Verdon, more confidential and easily accessible, are an ideal area to discover the Verdon differently, away from the busiest parts of the canyon. Here, the river widens, the cliffs soften and navigation becomes more accessible.

From the estate, in the heart of the Lower Gorges of the Verdon, it is possible to explore the river by canoe or paddleboard, navigate towards Lake Artignosc, Lake Quinson or Esparron-de-Verdon, or reach iconic trails such as the Blanc-Martel trail in the canyon section.

Hiking, trail running, cycling, swimming or gentle navigation: the Verdon can be experienced both on the water and along its paths, in a preserved natural setting in Provence, far from standardized tourism.

Services

To make your stay in the Lower Gorges of the Verdon easier, the estate provides essential services in a simple, practical spirit that respects the peace and quiet of the site.

A reception and information point on site help guide visitors on nature activities around the Verdon, hiking routes, the lakes of Artignosc and Quinson, or itineraries towards Esparron-de-Verdon.

Canoe, paddleboard and waterbike rentals allow you to discover the Lower Gorges of the Verdon from the water, in a more preserved and accessible area.

WIFI is available in a dedicated zone in order to maintain tranquility and the natural atmosphere throughout the rest of the estate.

A small convenience shop offers basic necessities, as well as fresh bread and ice during the season, convenient for organizing your days by the Verdon.

A self-service laundry room equipped with one washing machine is also available for camping and accommodation stays.

Two emergency electrical charging points are installed on the estate to meet occasional customer needs.

For a gourmet break at any time of the day, our snack bar offers a selection of ice creams, pancakes and cold drinks, as well as the sale of ice cubes for your refreshments. An ideal space to relax after a day of exploration or share a friendly moment on the terrace.

At mealtime, our “La trattoria di San Lorenzo – cantine méditerranéen” restaurant welcomes you with generous, family-style cuisine. Discover dishes prepared with care, in a warm and authentic spirit, where simplicity rhymes with deliciousness. Consult our menu and indulge in a convivial culinary experience.

Motorhome drivers are welcome on our property, with a equipped toilets to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Please note that we do not yet have a waste disposal station or an electric vehicle charging point, but these projects are currently being considered for the 2027 season.
